Hardwood Flooring
Hardwood is where Francesca's started, and it's still what we're known for. We supply and install both engineered and solid hardwoods from the brands we trust — including the Hallmark Windsor Park Collection (wire-brushed, 3/8", backed by a 50-year residential warranty), plus Mohawk and Impressions hardwoods in a wide range of species, colors and plank widths. We'll walk you through what suits your rooms, your subfloor and how the space actually gets used, then install it cleanly and to schedule. Already have hardwood? We also sand and refinish existing floors to bring the grain and color back to life.

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
Luxury vinyl plank has become the go-to floor for real family life, and for good reason. Our PRO Solution LVP is 100% waterproof, with a hard-wearing 20-mil wear layer and an attached pad for comfort and quiet underfoot — backed by a 30-year residential warranty. It handles kids, pets, spills and heavy traffic without fuss, looks convincingly like real wood or stone, and can go almost anywhere in the house, including kitchens and bathrooms where solid hardwood wouldn't. We supply the material and install it as part of a clean, coordinated job.

Tile Flooring & Backsplashes
Tile is where a room gets its detail, so we treat it as a craft rather than an afterthought. We supply and install floor and wall tile from Arley and Happy Floors — bathroom and shower tile, kitchen backsplashes, entryways and stone- and marble-look porcelain — set over properly prepared surfaces and grouted to a standard that holds up. Whether it's a classic subway backsplash to finish a kitchen or a full tiled bathroom floor and shower surround, it's laid straight, sealed where it needs to be, and built to last.

Carpet
Not every room wants a hard surface. For bedrooms, stairs, family rooms and anywhere you want warmth and quiet underfoot, we supply and install Mohawk carpet, including Made-in-America product lines. We'll help you weigh the trade-offs — plushness versus durability, color versus how it hides everyday wear — so you land on a carpet that feels right and holds up to your household. Professionally measured, stretched and installed, with the old flooring hauled away as part of the job.

Kitchen Remodeling
Our kitchen remodels are customized to your preferences and handled end to end. A typical project brings in new shaker cabinets (choose from several colors), quartz countertops, a tiled backsplash, an undermount stainless-steel sink, a pull-down faucet, soap dispenser and updated hardware — with demolition of the old kitchen included so there's nothing left for you to arrange. Because we're a flooring shop first, your new floor is coordinated into the same project, so the cabinets, counters, backsplash and floor all come together as one considered room instead of separate jobs.

Bathroom Remodeling
We remodel bathrooms to maximize the space you have, whether that's a compact powder room, a family bath or a primary suite. Our own crew handles the tiled floors and shower or tub surrounds, the vanity and countertop, and the finish work that pulls it together — with the tile set over properly prepared, waterproofed surfaces so it stays right for the long haul. As with our kitchens, the flooring and tile are coordinated in-house, so the whole room reads as one clean, finished space.

Stair Remodeling
A staircase sits front and center in most homes, so getting it right makes a real difference. We remodel and refinish stairs — hardwood treads and risers, updated railings and balusters, and clean transitions to the flooring above and below — turning a dated or worn staircase into a genuine centerpiece. It's exacting, detail-driven work, and it's exactly the kind of finish carpentry our crew takes pride in. Done as part of a wider flooring or remodeling project, or on its own.

Countertops & Backsplashes
Countertops set the tone of a kitchen or bath, to look at and to live with. As part of our remodels we supply and install quartz and natural-stone countertops with a coordinated tiled backsplash, an undermount sink and the faucet and hardware to finish it. Everything is templated to your actual space and installed by our crew alongside the cabinetry and flooring, so the finishes match and the whole run reads as one considered piece rather than parts bought and fitted separately.

Sanding & Refinishing
If you already have solid hardwood, you may not need to replace it. We sand back the old finish, repair where needed, and re-stain and re-seal the floor in the color you want — reviving worn, scratched or dated hardwood for a fraction of the cost and disruption of a full replacement. It's a satisfying transformation and one of the smartest ways to freshen a home before a sale or a move-in, and it pairs naturally with our stair remodeling.

Flooring Installation & Removal
A great-looking floor starts under the surface. Whatever you're replacing — worn carpet, dated tile, old laminate or tired hardwood — we handle the demolition and haul-away, prep and level the subfloor, and install your new flooring properly on top. Doing the removal and the install as one coordinated job means no gap between trades, no surprises hiding under the old floor, and a clean, finished result you can walk on with confidence.
