About the shop →Francesca's Flooring & More is a family-run business right here in Cary, NC, led by Daniel and Theresa and their own install crew. We started with floors — hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile and carpet — and grew into full kitchen, bathroom and stair remodels, so today we can take on the whole room rather than just the surface underfoot. When one crew handles the flooring, the tile, the cabinets and the finish work, the details line up and nothing falls through the cracks.
The way we work is simple, and it's the thing our customers keep repeating: honesty, craftsmanship, and making sure every client is 100% happy before we consider a job done. We'll help you choose from the brands we trust and install every week — Hallmark, Mohawk and Impressions hardwoods, PRO Solution luxury vinyl, Arley and Happy Floors tile, and Mohawk carpet — matching the product to how the room actually gets used, not just how it looks in a showroom. Clear pricing, so you know what's included before anything is ordered.

Installed by our own crew
Once you're happy, our own crew takes over — demolition, prep, flooring, tile, cabinetry and finish work, all coordinated so the job runs to schedule and the site stays tidy. We don't walk away until it's done properly and you're 100% satisfied with the result.
